Transparent pricing – our rates explained.
Gas and Central Heating Works
Initial Call Out Including 1hour labour (include travel time & fuel): £65
Per 15 minutes thereafter (on site or travelling for materials): £15
Boiler Service: £85
Back Boiler & Fire Front Service: £145
Gas Fire Service: £95
Callouts cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a £50 cancellation charge.
Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate (CP 12)
First Appliance: £70
Additional Appliances: £20 per appliance
If require Gas Fire Landlord Safety Certificate there will be a surcharge of £30 to cover the extra time required to carry out the safety check.
Power Flushing: Please contact us for more information
Our callout fee covers the engineer travelling to your property and up to an hour on site. If he can’t fix your problem within that time we’ll give you a quote for the additional works required. This way you know what the total cost of repairs is likely to be.
Free Estimates for larger jobs (4 hours and over) are happily supplied, in writing and with no obligation to use us.
